He started his career in 1998 after he graduated from Karachi. With more than 20 years’ experience in Pakistan’s real estate industry Mr. Irfan has developed the skills of an elite salesperson. He is well known as an experienced communicator, skilled negotiator, successful auctioneer and someone that naturally exudes energy and passion.
Irfan is also renowned for an acute attention to detail. As both a marketing professional and a developer of many projects of his own, He knows what it feels like to experience both sides of the transaction. A Law Graduate and has been recognized as a negotiator and good crisis manager with an established reputation for recuperating projects in trouble. In addition to management, his prime focus in recent years has been on providing consultancy to sales professionals, business analysts, architects and system engineers in providing turn-key solutions.
Major area of his interest has been providing consultancy to Real-estate developers by providing litigation support as well as advising them on project completion analysis, feasibility studies, Land supply, inspections, land/ project estimations, cost analysis, project scheduling, defect analysis and expert witness support
